Terms and Conditions

1. Subject Matter

These conditions govern the acquisition of access to digital scoreboard panels for streaming through scoreboardcloud.com.

2. Prices and Taxes

The prices shown on the products and plans pages of scoreboardcloud.com are listed excluding VAT (net amounts).

Value Added Tax (21% VAT applicable in Spain) will be automatically calculated and added to the subtotal during the checkout process. The customer will see the total final price before proceeding to final payment.

3. Service Delivery

As this is a digital service, access to the user panel is immediate after payment confirmation by the gateway (PayPal or SumUp).

4. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal

IMPORTANT: In accordance with Article 103(m) of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal shall NOT apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium.

By purchasing the service and accessing the panel, the customer expressly consents that they waive their right of withdrawal (refund), since contract execution begins instantly upon payment.

5. Applicable Law

This contract is governed by Spanish law.
